Alisha Delaune

       My name is Alisha Delaune.  I am 36 years old and a mother of three beautiful kids.    I am in my last semester in the Business Management program at Southern Crescent Technical College.  Also, I have been nominated for GOAL.  After graduation, I plan to continue my education and obtain a Bachelor’s degree then on to a Masters in Human Resources.  Currently, I am a stay-at-home mom, but I have six years’ experience in banking five of which were in management.  I have also had management experience in the retail field.  During this time, I realized that there aren’t enough managers that know how to manage people. In my spare time, I enjoy playing drums at my church, attending weekly women’s Bible Study, and working in the Kid’s Quest program on Wednesday nights.
