The major selection methods listed are (interviews, work sampling and assessment centres). The paper concludes that there is no one best way of selecting new employees. Also, in the global marketplace, it means that organizations and their managers will review their recruitment and selection process, ensuring that employee selection methods enhance organizational image fdor future job performances.

This article will identify the human resource management focus on important issues in Industrial Organizations. Some important issues mentioned are: management selection, training, motivating, attracting, employing, evaluating employees and the setting of salaries, fees and rewards. During the study, it shows a significant relationship between settings of salaries, attracting raining motivation, just to name a few. Because of changes, business had to adapt to the globalization related consequences of economic and cultural openness. By using an integrated competency framework, it embedded this study of the selection and performance appraisal processes, which will deploy its human capital to meet business objectives.
