

The Role of Human Resources Management Practices Represented by Employee’s Recruitment and Training and Motivating in Realization Competitive Advantage
This article will identify the human resource management focus on important issues in Industrial Organizations. Some important issues mentioned are: management selection, training, motivating, attracting, employing, evaluating employees and the setting of salaries, fees and rewards. During the study, it shows a significant relationship between settings of salaries, attracting raining motivation, just to name a few. Because of changes, business had to adapt to the globalization related consequences of economic and cultural openness. With customers wanting to shop more on a global level, companies had to create ways to compete global and financially within foreign and domestic products (Nijssen et. al., 2006).
In this study, it also shares questions that relate to problems formulated in the “Industrial Organizations in order to inquire human capital. Let’s start with: (1) The role of recruitment strategy (2) HR department in recruit practice to attract the best applicate (3) Training programs are methods (4) How and what intent do the flow of innovative ideas are influenced by the system of incentives? Then you have the study of Importance, the study of Objectives and Methodology. Within methodology, there are three types of studies: (1) Type of study is the analytical approach. (2) The study population and sample- The study population consists of the Jordanian Pharmaceutical industrial companies, the study of sample- consist of 100 employees in two companies (3) Data Collections Methods: In this process, there were a collection of data by using Google Scholar for secondary collected data, but the primary data was collected through questionnaire to one hundred respondent working in two companies. Reason many organizations fail employee recruitment is the lack of a human element capable of managing and investing effective resource manner to achieve the goals of the organization.
According to today’s business environment being forced to change their prospective about recruiting process due to the constraints on recruitment activities. Research from (Cascio, 200), shows that the reduction in labor pool brought attention to recruitment. It has also been highlighted that changes in the employees’ requirements that help with them achieve balance in work and family lives are considered valuable (Thompson & Aspenwall, 2009, p. 196). The most important characteristics of the recruitment process in this current era is that it has come to be aimed by putting the right person in the right place (Knowles et. al., 2002). As stated, in human resource management literature, the HR strategy and the organizational strategy must have a broad consensus (Sheehan & Scafidi, 2005).
