 This article present information pertaining to motivation in the management process. In the introduction, a statement from Dwight D. Eisenhower speaks about “Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it”, and analyzing it in depth, the power to influence people and their actions is an art that advertises many qualities. Motivation causes individual to perform a series of actions in order to satisfy them. The motivational system will gain a major benefit from its employees’ performances. 

Toward a Better Understanding of the Relationship Between Transformational Leadership, Public Service Motivation, Mission Valence, and Employee Performance: A Preliminary Study  

 

 In this article, the study of transformational leadership is viewed as having a direct positive impact on the performance of workers (Bass, Jing, Avolio, & Berson, 2003; Howell & Avolio, 1993; Lowe, Kroeck, & Sivasubramaniam, 1996, Walden, Bass, & Einstein, 1987; Walumbra, Avolio, & Zhu, 2008). Transformational leadership’s impact on individual performance, there are two motivators (i.e., public service motivation [PSM] and mission valence) this may also interact with this leadership practice to influence individual performance.

 This article is to explore motives for fraudulent offences at work. Depending on the position that is held, personal pressure comes to people in lower positions. It is very important to continue more research to see what can help to understand what motivates banking profession to commit these criminal defenses. Typical measures include: task rotation, improved internal communication, independent checks, and segregation of duties and enhanced systems of authorizations (Beasley et al., 2000; Wells, 2004). 

Motivation is the word derived from the word ’motive’ which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals. It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals.
