Skills and Career Development for Young People with Higher Education in Business
  

 This article is a study about success in the labor market place concerning young people. Aiming at the success of youth in the labor market with students enrolled in Master of Business Administrations course in Romanian Transylvania, there was an extent to how much training was needed for employment. The results will be used to improve the structure, practical work skills, and professional competency, stimulate creativity and adaptability to employers’ requirements. In determining the progress factors in specific framework, “the human resources personality”, is developed with technology and techniques. Transformation in the competitive struggle on domestic and international market.
  Also mentioned in this article, at an individual level, it is necessary to create better structured and cohesive work teams. People at the same level of quality or at higher technical level represent the active resources of the organization (Malkovich & Boudreau, 1991). Satisfaction regarding the job occupied and the work performed plays an important role in increasing the individual’s competence and creativity level. The conditions employers create for stimulating competence level depend on the motivating factors. Also, the desire for professional development correlates with knowing the promotion criteria (0534) (Table 4).
  In conclusion, the practical study were confirmed. There are young people with entrepreneurial spirits, who has business mindsets and create their own business. With masters’ students and managers from successful companies have already started to identify way of improving the curricula and training processes. These are the results of a comprehensive survey details are provided with 38 items of a questionnaire. With the information contained in the database, it cannot form a continuous series or dynamic series.
