Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment Learning Climate and Organizational Effectiveness: A Study on Senior Management
  

   This article focuses on the correlation between job satisfaction and affective commitment. The requirements to reach an optimum organizational performance known as organizational effectiveness (OE), companies needs professional managers who are supportive of their employees. The three variables are supported by one another. It is strongly recognized that the organizational learning climate and the affective commitment of the manager play an essential role in higher OE achievement. In this study, it also identifies potential managers’ motivators. The motivators consists of challenging jobs and human development.
    During the hiring process, companies realize the need for competent managers to contribute within their high organizational effectiveness commitments. Companies who motivate their managers by offering fair compensation and benefits that are fulfilling achieve high effective commitments from employees. Customer satisfaction and managers’ general perception are both considered as organizational effectiveness (OE). Managers who share knowledge and experience gain a better team. That’s why a company should encourage the managers to share their experiences.
There are three kinds of commitments introduced by Meyer and Allen (1987). They are known as affective, continuance and normative. Each commitment is broken down as the following: Affective commitment is when an employees’ motivation is driven more by vision and mission of the company; continuance commitment is driven by financial factors, and normative commitment is when the employees’ commitment is driven by emotional reason. Employee’s or managers with high values of the company are positively emotional to the organization will identify themselves part of the company. Motivated employees engages in sharing and learning process allows them to feel they have job security.
