       In this article, Tony Bass business trainer and former contractor, talks about taking a moment to see the different roles you fit into in the company or organization you are involved in. Knowing this you need to request a job description for daily routines. When the job descriptions are clear, it is easier to place a new employee on the team. Tony Bass states that, business should be classified into one to three main areas: operations- the day-to-day functioning of the company providing service, finance- invoicing, pay bills, budgeting, etc. and marketing- advertising sales, networking, customer services etc. When using these categories to hire, you can have a wide variety of jobs and be able to have the right people to do the work.
    

   First, must ask question that involves the available position that are frequently needed to be filled. The list should always contain “safety rules, proper equipment use and specific tools assigned. Remember, safety comes first. Creating the job description allows the employee to take responsibility for their actions with task assigned. When you know this, it helps your bottom line and it ensures the coverage for overhead expenses. 
When job descriptions are created, you have to keep the employee and customer in mind. Employees that are happy with their jobs are most likely to have satisfied customers. Without a job description you may expect workers to waste the company payroll. Make sure that employees’ are able to develop a strong relationship with the emphasis on the programs and on the job descriptions in detailed. Have an open door policy if a situation exist; be able to address it immediately by listening to all the details.
