Once your team has chosen the new recruit, make sure they are comfortable by giving them the opportunity to meet the other part of the staff. Introduce the client’s to the new member that has replaced the person they are more familiar with and trust. As a recruiter, you should consider how approachable you would need your staff to be and make sure during this process you pay close attention to the behavior of the person being interviewed. Building a solid reputation will allow not just your talent to shine but your character to stand out as well.
